Lignum Structural Ltd is involved in a range of timber engineering projects. These run from high quality commercial projects where the aesthetic properties of timber are paramount; through to residential projects where the key drivers are cost and performance.
Awards
The Lignum Structural designed projects, the Welhaus Beach Barn and the Warrander Studio were the winner and highly commended in the Resene Timber Design Awards 2015 under the category Novel Application Of Wood.
Both projects make use of locally produced Cross Laminated Timber (CLT). The Warrander Studio was the first house to be engineered and constructed of CLT in New Zealand.
