The Lignum Structural designed projects, the Welhaus Beach Barn and the Warrander Studio were the winner and highly commended in the Resene Timber Design Awards 2015 under the category Novel Application Of Wood.

Two Lignum Structural designed projects, the Gibbs-Simms House in Lower Hutt and the Flux Barn in Upper Hutt were finalists in the 2014 Resene Timber Design Awards in the category "Engineering Excellence". The Gibbs-Simms house went on to be Highly Commended.
